2017 was by far the best year out of my 20 years of life. I got engaged to the love of my life, got a puppy and I reached so many of the goals I had set for Confetti Closet! I could go on and on talking about how amazing 2017 was!!! This year, my goals are even bigger!
I hope to use my new Peacock Paper Essential Planner to achieve my main goal for 2018… to be organized and plan, plan, plan!
Kelsey, creator of Peacock Planners, thought of everything when creating her planners. Below, I listed some of my favorite qualities of these essential planners!
The Simplistic Style
What got my attention about the Peacock Planners was the simple, clean style. There is a place to write everything you need down!
Peacock Planners offers 2 different choices for covers. I went with the light pink gingham cover, but there is also a navy polka dot option. You can also choose between a daily planner and a weekly planner. Because I plan on better organizing my blog, I went with the daily planner so I could write down times of days to post, photoshoot times and other important plans for my blog!
3. Monthly Budget
In 2018, one of my goals is to save money like crazy, so the fact that there is a “monthly budget” page is amazing! I’ll definitely be taking advantage of this section!
4. Daily Water Checks
Another one of my New Years resolutions is to cut out Dr. Pepper and only drink water. So far, so good. I haven’t had a Dr. Pepper in about a week. Woohoo!!! I love that my planner has a place to check off how many waters I’ve had daily!
5. Local Love
The creator of these amazing planners, Kelsey Peacock, lives here in Owensboro! I love supporting local creatives! Here in Owensboro, we love supporting local entrepreneurs so I know my Owensboro friends will appreciate this 🙂
6. The Unbeatable Price
Peacock Planners Essential Planners are $30 for a weekly planner and $36 for a daily planner! That’s an amazing price for such nice planner!
7. Gold Detailing
The gold accents on this planner are so gorgeous! It’s all about the little details!
8. Meal Planning
When Jacob and I are married in August, I’m sure he will really appreciate this section in my planner! I’m looking forward to using this!
9. Hourly Planning
The reason I wanted the daily planner was because of the hourly daily schedule. I think this will come in handy when scheduling blog and Instagram post! Of course, it will be helpful for other everyday events as well.
10. Makes Planning Simple
The best part of my Daily planner is that it’s going to make planning so simple! I’m so excited to get my life together and be organized!
My Goals for 2018:
- Plan, plan, plan – I want to plan my blog post in advance and create better content!
- More colorful post – I want to make my photos more colorful and fun!
- Post 1 blog post per week, plus start doing Friday Bella Post again.
- 3-4 Instagram post per week
- Drink water ONLY
- Exercise! #ProjectWeddingBod
- Take better care of my skin
- My biggest goal is to just work really hard to create good content here on Confetti Closet! I want to step it up a notch here! I want to be proud of ALL of the content I put out!
